Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of puzzlepages.co and our custom puzzle generator (the “Service”), operated by PuzzlePages (“we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

PuzzlePages offers a free library of printable activities and a paid custom-pack generator that creates printable puzzle packs from a topic, your own word list, or a child’s name.

Accounts

Some features (saving packs, PuzzlePages Plus) require an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase.

Payments, plans, and billing

• Single custom pack — a one-time purchase that unlocks the printable PDF for that pack.
• PuzzlePages Plus — an annual subscription that unlocks unlimited custom packs while active.
• Payments and subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, applicable taxes, and receipts. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Plus subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and print PuzzlePages content — both the free library and any custom packs you create — for personal and classroom use. You may not:

• resell, sublicense, or redistribute our printables or custom packs as your own product;
• use the Service to generate unlawful, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use automated means to scrape or bulk-download content beyond normal personal or classroom use.

Content you submit

You are responsible for the topics, words, and names you enter. You represent that you have the right to use them and that they are appropriate for a children’s product. We may filter or refuse to generate content we consider inappropriate.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, generators, and library content, is owned by PuzzlePages and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership; they grant only the license described above.

AI-generated content

Custom packs are generated with the help of AI and are provided “as is.” While we work to keep quality high, generated clues, words, and puzzles may occasionally contain errors. Please review a pack before printing or distributing it, especially in a classroom.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuzzlePages will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The competent courts located in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
