Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of puzzlepages.co, our custom puzzle generator, and our coloring page maker (the “Service”), operated by PuzzlePages (“we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

PuzzlePages offers three things:

• a free library of printable activities, which needs no account;
• a custom pack generator that creates printable puzzle packs from a topic, your own word list, or a child’s name;
• a coloring page maker that draws a printable black-and-white coloring page from a description you type.

Accounts

Some features (saving packs, PuzzlePages Plus) require an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase.

Payments, plans, and billing

• Single custom pack - a one-time purchase that unlocks the printable PDF for that pack.
• PuzzlePages Plus and PuzzlePages Studio - subscriptions, billed monthly or annually, that include an allowance of custom puzzle packs and coloring credits each month while active. Studio’s pack allowance is unlimited and it also grants commercial use. Current allowances and prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout.
• Payments and subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, applicable taxes, and receipts. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Plus subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices or the size of the coloring allowance. Changes apply from your next renewal, never to a billing period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a change takes effect.

Coloring pages and the monthly allowance

• Free every day. An account gets a small number of free coloring pages each day, shown on the coloring page maker. They carry a small PuzzlePages.co mark in the corner, are drawn by a faster model, come at a smaller size than the Plus version, and are not saved to your account.
• The Plus allowance. An active Plus subscription includes a set number of coloring pages each calendar month, drawn by our best model, delivered at full print resolution, and saved to your account.
• Credits roll over, up to a ceiling. Unspent subscription credits carry into the following month, up to the ceiling shown for your plan on the pricing page. Anything above the ceiling is not kept. Credits are added when you first use the Service in a new month.
• Free daily pages do not roll over. They reset each day, and pages made on the free allowance carry a small puzzlepages.co mark.
• It is tied to your account. The allowance has no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money, and cannot be shared between accounts.
• Failed generations are not counted. If a page fails to generate, or we decline to draw it, the allowance is credited back automatically. If you believe you were charged for a page you never received, contact us and we will put it right.
• Fair use. The allowance is for ordinary personal or classroom use. We may suspend generation if we detect automated, bulk, or resale use, or an attempt to work around the allowance using multiple accounts.
• If your subscription ends. You keep the coloring pages you created while subscribed, at the resolution you created them, and you can still download them from your account. Unspent credits stop being available, and you drop back to the free daily allowance for new pages.

License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and print PuzzlePages content - the free library, any custom packs you create, and any coloring pages you generate - for personal and classroom use. Print as many copies as that use needs, and share them with the children in your family or your class. You may not:

• resell, sublicense, or redistribute our printables, custom packs, or generated coloring pages as your own product, unless you hold an active PuzzlePages Studio subscription, which grants commercial use of what you generate;
• use the Service to generate unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, or otherwise adult content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use automated means to scrape or bulk-download content beyond normal personal or classroom use.

Commercial use

On the free allowance, Custom Pack and Plus, what you make is for personal and classroom use: print it at home or for your class, as many copies as you need, but not for sale.

PuzzlePages Studio grants commercial use of the pages you generate while your subscription is active, including selling them. Two limits apply and neither is ours to waive: you may not sell pages that reproduce a character or brand someone else owns, and you may not resell our free library or pass the generator itself off as your own product. Pages you made while on Studio stay commercially licensed after you cancel.

Characters and likenesses

Describe whatever your child is into, characters included. Our license covers our drawing; it cannot cover a character we do not own. So a page featuring someone else’s character is for your fridge or your classroom, never for sale, and that holds even on Studio. If a rights holder asks us to stop generating something, we will.

Content you submit

You are responsible for the topics, words, names, and descriptions you enter. You represent that you have the right to use them and that they are appropriate for a children’s product. We may filter or refuse to generate content we consider inappropriate, and we do so before the request costs you anything.

Pages you generate

We do not claim ownership of the descriptions you type or of the puzzles and coloring pages generated from them. You may use them under the license above.

Two things are worth knowing about AI-generated images. First, a purely AI-generated image may not be protectable by copyright in your country, which means neither we nor you may be able to stop someone else from using a similar one. Second, your pages are not unique to you: another person who types a similar description may receive a similar page, and we may generate similar pages for others. We can grant you the license above, but we cannot promise exclusivity.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, generators, and library content, is owned by PuzzlePages and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership; they grant only the license described above.

AI-generated content

Custom packs and coloring pages are generated with the help of AI and are provided “as is.” While we work to keep quality high, generated clues, words, puzzles, and drawings may occasionally contain errors, or may not match what you had in mind. An image model does not always draw what it is asked. Please review anything before printing or distributing it, especially in a classroom.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuzzlePages will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The competent courts located in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
