Easy cards use a 3x3 grid with a handful of words for ages 4 to 6, keeping the scanning quick and the game short. Medium uses a 4x4 grid for ages 7 to 9. Hard uses a full 5x5 grid with more words for ages 10 and up, where faster calling keeps things lively.
You can shorten any game by playing for a single line or extend it by playing for a full card, so the same print-out flexes to the time and the group you have.
