What is the difference between a Custom Pack and Plus?+
A Custom Pack is a one-off: $7.99, eighteen sheets on one topic, yours forever, no subscription. Plus is for people making these regularly, at $12 a month or $108 a year.
When is Studio worth it?+
Only when you intend to sell what you make. Commercial use is the one thing no other plan allows. It is $29 a month or $276 a year, and comes with 250 coloring credits a month and unlimited packs.
Do unspent coloring credits disappear?+
No. They roll over, capped at 160 on Plus and 750 on Studio. Above that ceiling they stop banking, so a long quiet spell will not pile up forever.
Does a puzzle pack use my coloring credits?+
No, packs have their own separate monthly allowance. A pack is mostly work our own servers do, so it costs a fraction of what a drawing costs and is counted separately.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Any time, from the billing link in your receipt email. Moving up mid-period is prorated, and credits you have banked come with you. Cancelling leaves your plan active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is the free library ever going to become paid?+
No. The printable library is free and stays free. Everything we charge for is something you generate yourself.
