Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for paid PuzzlePages products. Our free printable library is, and always will be, free. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

Digital products

Custom packs are digital goods delivered instantly as a downloadable PDF. Because they are delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded — but we want you to be happy, so please read on.

Single custom pack ($4.99)

If your pack failed to generate or download, was not what was described, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase at benwein25@gmail.com with your order details and we will make it right — including a refund where appropriate. We may also issue goodwill refunds at our discretion.

PuzzlePages Plus ($49/year)

  • You can cancel anytime. After cancelling, your Plus access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
  • Because Plus gives immediate, unlimited access, we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except where required by law.
  • If you were charged after cancelling, or believe you were billed in error, contact us within 14 days and we will refund an incorrect charge.

How to cancel or request a refund

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the receipt/customer portal link in your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation email, or from your account. For any refund request, email us at benwein25@gmail.com with the email you used at checkout and your order number.

Chargebacks

If something went wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback.
