🧩PuzzlePages

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PuzzlePages (“PuzzlePages,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use puzzlepages.co and our custom puzzle generator (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Account information. If you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your name, email address, and, if you sign in with Google, your basic Google profile. You can browse and print the free library without an account.
  • Content you provide. When you create a custom pack, we process the topic, word list, or first name you enter in order to generate your printable. A child’s first name entered to personalize a puzzle is used only to produce that printable.
  • Saved packs. If you are signed in, we store the packs you generate (title and word list) so you can re-download or delete them later.
  • Payment information. Purchases are processed by our payments provider and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Usage data. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate usage, including page views and general region. This does not identify individual users.
  • Cookies. We use cookies necessary for sign-in sessions and for basic analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use information

  • To provide the Service, generate your puzzles, and deliver your printable PDFs.
  • To maintain your account and your saved-pack library.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions (via Lemon Squeezy).
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To respond to your requests and provide support.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service:

  • Clerk — account authentication.
  • Lemon Squeezy — payments and subscription billing (merchant of record).
  • Vercel — hosting and analytics.
  • Anthropic — AI generation. The topic or words you submit are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate puzzle content; under Anthropic’s API terms this input is not used to train their models.
  • Upstash — storage of your saved packs.

We do not sell your personal information.

Children’s privacy

PuzzlePages is intended for use by adults — parents, guardians, and teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Accounts and purchases are for adults. If you enter a child’s first name to personalize a puzzle, that name is used solely to generate the printable and is not used to contact, advertise to, or build a profile of any child. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at benwein25@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Data retention

We keep account information and saved packs while your account is active. You can delete individual packs from your account at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at benwein25@gmail.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at benwein25@gmail.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International users

Our providers may process and store data in countries other than yours. By using the Service you consent to such transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
